FIG. 03·Pricing
Published, before you call.
The price is agreed before we start, and it does not move.
Demonstration pricing
The figures on this page are illustrative and show how a published price list is laid out. They are not the quoted rates of a trading business. Real numbers replace them one-for-one before this page goes anywhere near a customer.
Price list
What the common jobs cost.
Each price covers the work described. If we open something up and find a different job, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to the invoice.
What is not in the price
Said in advance, so it is not a surprise.
Permits
Charged at cost where a municipality requires one. We pull it, you pay what the city charges and nothing on top.
Electrical upgrades
Some older panels cannot carry a modern system. If yours is one, it is quoted separately and explained before you commit.
Duct modification
Where a new system needs the ductwork reworked to breathe, that is priced at the quote, never discovered on the day.
Equipment you supply
Fitted and warranted on our labour. We cannot warrant equipment we did not source.
No after-hours rate
Midnight in July costs what Tuesday morning costs.
There is no call-out fee and no seasonal surcharge. The diagnostic is waived if you go ahead with the repair, and assessments for installation and heat pumps are free either way.
Dispatch
No cooling right now?
June through September a person answers around the clock, and there is no after-hours rate. If anyone in the house is vulnerable to the heat, say so when you call.
