About

A small company, deliberately.

We are not trying to be the biggest HVAC outfit in the valley. We are trying to be the one you call back.

A calm living room in deep shade with woven shades half drawn against fierce white light outside.

Why we work this way

The install is the product.

People shop for HVAC by comparing equipment. Two systems with the same badge and the same SEER2 rating, and the cheaper quote wins. It is a reasonable way to buy almost anything else.

It does not work here, because most of the performance you are paying for is decided after the box arrives. Whether anybody ran a load calculation. Whether the ducts can carry the airflow the new equipment needs. Whether the charge was set by weight and verified, or eyeballed. Two identical systems, installed by two companies, can be twenty percent apart on the meter.

None of that is visible on a quote, which is exactly why it gets skipped. So we publish what we do at each step, put the commissioning numbers in your hand at the end, and let you compare those instead of comparing badges.

The price is agreed before we start, and it does not move.

What we will not do

The short list.

Worth stating plainly, because several of these are common enough in this trade that people assume them.

No

Size a system off square footage

A load calculation takes an hour and decides the next fifteen years.

No

Charge an after-hours rate

Midnight in July costs what Tuesday morning costs.

No

Top up refrigerant and leave

It leaked. Selling you the same gas again next summer is not a repair.

No

Use the refrigerant change as a scare tactic

R-410A is still available for servicing. We will factor the cost in, not weaponise it.

No

Quote a monthly payment instead of a price

You get the number. Financing terms, if any, come after it.

No

Sell the big fix when the small one works

One ductless head often beats re-engineering the whole system.

Credentials

Checkable, not just claimed.

Arizona licenses contractors at state level through the Registrar of Contractors, so you can look up any AZ contractor before you let them in — ours or anybody else's. Not every state works this way.

Dispatch

No cooling right now?

June through September a person answers around the clock, and there is no after-hours rate. If anyone in the house is vulnerable to the heat, say so when you call.
