Manual J, every time
A room-by-room load calculation using your actual construction, glazing, orientation and insulation. It is the single thing most companies skip, and it is why so many Phoenix homes have an oversized system that short-cycles, never dehumidifies and wears out early.

We size the ducts to the new equipment
A larger air handler pushed through the old undersized trunk does not move more air, it just makes more noise and higher static pressure. If the ducts need reworking we say so at the quote, because finding out afterwards is how a good install becomes a bad one.

We commission it and give you the numbers
Charge verified by weight and by superheat, static pressure measured, airflow set to the manufacturer's spec, and a temperature split confirmed at every register. You get the readings in writing. An uncommissioned system loses a large slice of its rated efficiency on day one.

Higher ratings pay back faster here than almost anywhere, because the cooling season is seven months long. But the payback curve flattens — going from a baseline system to a mid-tier one is usually worth it, going to the top of the range often is not. We will run the numbers for your actual bill rather than quote the brochure.
How long does a changeout take?
A straight swap is a day. If it includes duct modification, a new pad, or electrical work to meet code, it is two, and we tell you which at the quote rather than on the morning.
Do you offer financing?
