Emergency Cooling
No cooling in a Phoenix summer is a safety problem, not an inconvenience. Between June and September a person answers around the clock and there is no after-hours rate.
When to call
What it looks like from your side.
- No cooling at all when the forecast is over 105°F
- Anyone elderly, very young, or unwell in the house without cooling
- A burning smell from the air handler — kill it at the breaker, then call
- A breaker that will not stay on
- Water actively coming through a ceiling below the attic unit

We tell you how to stay safe first
Whoever answers will walk you through it before we arrive: close the west-facing blinds, run ceiling fans, move to the coolest room, drink water, and go somewhere cooled if anyone in the house is vulnerable. That advice costs nothing and matters more than our arrival time.

We triage honestly on the phone
If we are four hours out we say four hours, not 'shortly'. In a heatwave knowing the real number lets you make a plan, and a company that manages your expectations with vagueness is not helping you.

We get cooling running, then quote
Stabilise first. Nobody should be deciding about a compressor replacement in a 95°F living room, so the full conversation happens once the house is coming down.

How hot does it have to get inside before it is dangerous?
Indoor temperatures above about 90°F carry real risk for infants, older adults and anyone with a heart or respiratory condition, and a Phoenix house without cooling passes that quickly. If that describes anyone in your home, do not wait for us — go somewhere cooled and let us meet you at the house.
