Online or by phone. In summer dispatch runs around the clock, and whoever answers can see who is on shift and where they are, so the window you are given is a real one rather than a hopeful one.

We measure before we diagnose
Superheat, subcooling, static pressure, temperature split and amp draw. Those numbers separate a low charge from a failing compressor from a duct problem. Looking at the unit and having an opinion does not.

The price is agreed before we start, and it does not move. It covers the work described, not the hours it takes us. If we open something up and find a different job, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the invoice.

The old run was kinked over a truss and crushed under stored boxes. Thirty feet of correct routing did more for the back bedrooms than a larger system would have.

Filter reachable without tools, condensate run properly to a drain with a float switch. Half of what makes a system last is whether anyone can actually get at it.

The ones people actually ask.
How fast can you get here in a heatwave?
In summer we run dispatch around the clock and we will tell you the real number on the phone. If we are four hours out we say four hours. A company that manages your expectations with vagueness is not doing you a favour when it is 112°F.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or summer?
No. There is no after-hours surcharge at any time of year. The diagnostic fee is the same at midnight in July as it is at ten on a Tuesday in March.
How does the pricing work?
The price is agreed before we start, and it does not move. We diagnose, quote in writing, and that number is what you pay for the work described. If we find something the quote did not cover we stop and re-quote rather than adding it at the end.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Arizona ROC Licensed · C-39 Air Conditioning · EPA 608 Certified. Arizona licenses contractors at state level through the Registrar of Contractors, so you can look any AZ contractor up on the ROC website before you let them in — ours or anybody else's.
What is the guarantee?
Two years on our labour, plus whatever the manufacturer gives on the equipment. If the same fault comes back inside that, we come back and it costs you nothing.
